Most hospice care providers have one nursing visit scheduled each week. Our nurses will make at least two visits a week if needed. In addition, our Home Health Aides will make at least two additional visits per week. In addition, our Social Workers, Chaplains, and Volunteers make frequent visits to your home.
We have an organized team to transition you or your loved one into hospice care. We coordinate equipment, nursing care, transportation, community resources and orientation for you and your household. Our goal is to give you peace of mind during the admission process.
Our music therapists use methods such as singing, instrument playing, songwriting, and music therapy relaxation techniques to treat the many needs of our patients and families receiving care.
We do not only triage medical situations over the phone. We will visit If you call because you are concerned about your or your loved one medical needs. We will be there soon to help you. We will provide you with updates as we drive to you. You or your loved ones will never walk alone.
